Foreman on prefabrication (Precast supervisor)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, resourcing, and execution of production schedules
• Allocating work to production teams, individuals and contractors
• Product quality and accuracy
• Safety and communication to Production teams
• Maintenance of assets
• Overseeing concrete pours
• Supervision of staff
• Purchasing of consumable items

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

• Good level of written and spoken English
• Min. 3 years of work experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of management
• The ability to plan and organize crews
• Maintain efficiencies and safety requirements
• Highly committed to achieving goals and targets set by management
• Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
• Computer knowledge: Ms Office
• Responsibility and ability to work under stress
• Driving license cat. B
